You must have required FHSAA Forms on file with the Athletic Director PRIOR to tryouts
You must provide your own clubs

Dress Code:
Boys: No tank tops/Kippah must be worn
Girls: T shirts are fine- Shorts are fine- SHORTS MUST TOUCH TOP OF KNEE- No tights no tank tops
